Individual pastels cannot be ordered via the online shopping cart.

To purchase: use the colour chart and select your colour numbers and email us (mvpastelsau@gmail.com)

Select 25 individual pastels, and you will pay the reduced price of $4.40 per pastel (or $110.00 total)

Payments can be made via PayPal, cheque or direct EFT to our bank account. Details will be provided once order is placed.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Our delivery charges are based on the number of pastels/order value.

ORDER CONDITIONS

Mount Vision Pastels Australia and New Zealand is excited to provide you with a product that we are proud of, along with high quality service and support.

MVPAU will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.  Dependent on stock availability and full payment being cleared, MVPAU will dispatch your order within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

Orders will not be dispatched unless payment has been cleared;

1. Credit Card / Debit Card payments are processed and cleared via PayPal
2. Cheques are cleared (approximately 3-5 business days)
3. Verification of gift certificate details, and processing of any balances outstanding via other available payment methods

Where orders cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, a representative from MVPAU will make contact with you via the details provided on this form with further information.  MVPAU will endeavour to resolve any delays in order fulfilment as quickly as possible.

MVPAU is not liable for losses or damages in any way due to foreseen or unforeseen delays in fulfilling orders.  Any payments made on delayed orders that are cancelled will either be credited to the customer via an MVPAU customer credit note, or refund, at the sole discretion of MVPAU.

MVPAU reserves the right to refuse to fulfil orders received.  In such cases, any monies paid as part of the received order will be returned in full using the details provided.

Damaged Goods

1. MVPAU will take every care to ensure that the goods you have purchased are not damaged during delivery.
   
   
2. In the event that you receive damaged goods, YOU must report this immediately to MVPAU via email mvpastelsau@gmail.com, or by phone.
   
   
3. At the discretion of MVPAU, damaged goods will be replaced with products matching the original order (subject to stock availability).  MVPAU will organise for the damaged goods to be collected.  You must make the damaged goods available to be returned.
   
   
4. Damages claims cannot be made more than 24 hours after receipt of the goods.

Returns and Refunds Conditions

1. MVPAU is confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of the products purchased.  If you are not satisfied with the product(s) purchased, please contact us via email mvpastelsau@gmail.com.  Please do not return goods without discussing first with a MVPAU representative.
   
   
2. Goods that are returned to MVPAU must be in original condition.  You are responsible for all costs associated to return goods in this original condition.
   
   
3. On receipt of returned goods in original condition, MVPAU will, at its discretion credit you with and MVPAU credit note or refund of the original purchase amount.  Notice of credit note or refund will be within thirty (30) days from MVPAU receiving returned goods.
   
   
4. Goods cannot be returned, of refunds issued after thirty (30) days from order delivery date.
   
   
5. Product(s) purchased on sale or through special promotions cannot be returned, and are not refundable.
